Hi there! I am Elizabeth "Lisa" Higuera a certified Notary Public, Remote Online Notary, Mobile Notary, Notary Loan Signing Agent, and member of the National Notary Association (NNA).
I provide Remote Online Notarizations for anyone in the U.S as well as Mobile Notary Services for clients in Orlando, FL or surrounding areas.
As a Notary Loan Signing Agent, I am certified to handle home loan documents and assist lenders, title companies, escrow companies, realtors, and borrowers, in the last step of the loan process.
I am a bilingual English and Spanish speaker, an asset which has allowed me to serve a larger network of diverse clientele.

Notary Services
Include Legal, Financial, Business, and Personal document notarizations.
Remote Online Notary (RON)-Performed via the Notarize Platform online. $25 per session (includes 1st notary seal) + $10 each additional notary seal.
Credit Card payments are accepted in advance of the RON session.
Mobile Notary-Traditional In Person Notarization where I travel to your location. Services provided in Orlando, FL 32824 and surrounding areas.
5 miles or Less: $35 Travel Fee + $10 each notary seal
6-10 Miles: $40 Travel Fee + $10 each notary seal
11-20 Miles: $45 Travel Fee + $10 each notary seal
21-30 Miles: $50 Travel Fee + $10 each notary seal
Cash and Credit Card payments are accepted. Travel Fees are due in advance and Notary Fees due after the notary appointment is completed
Notary Loan Signing Agent- Bonded & Insured and ensure a smooth and seamless signing for any loan documents including Refinance, HELOC, Reverse Mortgage, Sale & Purchase transactions.
Will accept signings up to 30 miles from Orlando.

What is Remote Online Notarization (RON)?
With remote notarization, a signer personally appears before the Notary at the time of the notarization using audio-visual technology over the internet instead of being physically present in the same room. Authorized online notaries in Florida can notarize electronic documents for clients located anywhere in the United States over a secure audio-video connection. I have partnered with the Notarize Platform to provide you with an easy way to complete the process online in a few minutes using a smartphone, tablet, or computer with audio/camera capabilities .
